About Gold Medal Families
This is the demonstration project for the Healthy Utah 2010 Vision effort to define and strengthen the health of our families. It began in Midvale City and the results will be celebrated at the 2011 Midvale Health Fair in October this year. Our partners in this effort include Intermountain Health Care, the Utah PTA , Utah Department of Health through Gold Medal Schools, and Orriant.com.

We invite you to form a team of five committed friends or family members to support each other in engaging in fun, healthful activities that promote well-being and long-term satisfaction and the realization of each one’s full potential.
When you incorporate regular exercise and sensible nutrition into your weekly routines, and learn to manage life's stresses easily, you’ll be well on your way to new levels of energy and well-being.
Our program provides a structure for setting goals, tracking your progress and celebrating accomplishments in a context of fun and camaraderie.
